That was a quick 10 days.....

Sorry for the "content freeze" the boatshop is crazy busy and my kid was sick for a couple days, I would say "it won't happen again" but that would be a lie.  I was recently reading my old blog posts and one thing became crystal clear......I'm getting worse at writing these things.  At the beginning of this process I was trying to get more work and now that we have an abundace of work my writing has suffered.  Combine that with the fact that no one ever comments on the posts or starts a disscussion topic in the forum and it makes me wonder if all the effort is really worth it or could i just be sending emails to the people that I am presently doing business with.  Obvioulsy my efforts have led to sales of boats but now that we have all the slots in the shop filled with boats what's the point?  This post will be deleted tonight and replaced with a typical post that describes the pictures and tells you what we've been doing, maybe.

The dry humour and wit should continnue.

Is that a new Northern Bay on the front page? Hope it doesn't slow up the OB 32 :)

I guess selling boats by blog works quite well!!

that's just a 23' Crowley, it won't slow down the 32' Osmond....

I'm going to finish it in my spare time.

Lets try this again...

Have faith my friend. There are people out there enjoying (and learning from) each post. Very difficult for those contemplating a custom build to understand the process. Lovers of the downeast style like me consume each picture and comment with delight...if I don't visit or comment it is because I cant bear to be reminded that it will be several years before I can pull the trigger and enjoy my own build- depressing I know- explaining why I give the "boat porn" as my wife calls it- a rest from time to time.

"just a 23' Crowley" So that's how you feel about it. Hey, Bermuda thought it was a Northern Bay. Can't be that bad.

I better keep quiet, the picture of my Crowley was replaced by a cushion.

In the battle of the Crowley Beal 23 and the Cushion - the Cushion won !! :)

Must say, I didn't really look at the picture, I just remember Andy saying he was getting a new NB in soon - nothing wrong with the Crowley 23

You're just starting to get internet famous... keep going!

You should start a waiting list for boats. List them on the website so that people can see that you are in high demand and freak out when you've got boats planned for the next 47 years, leaving you no time to ever blog again. You might need to get a ghost blogger, just to keep up.
